With the port side overhead complete, I continued the interior sanding and surface prep with a focus on the starboard side. Again with the 5" random orbital, I worked from the bow and towards the aft-most portion of the starboard overhead. The 80-grit pads set a fairly decent pace while not overly being aggressive on the surface. There is definitely hand-sanding work in the coming days (on the extreme outboard portions of the overhead, as well as the tight radii of the corners through the interior space), but a good portion of the surface fields have been prepped.
